  cold and lack of freshness eg, purchased one of build your own at drive through very disappointed with the quality also your fillets of fish could only take a bite too soggy and cold big macs yuck all of your fast foods not appealing
  and never looked like the photos we see all up don't go to your establishment any more
  hope you are able to use the this cretique to improve things

  I travel alot all around Australia for work and visit alot of McDonald's restaurants...this constantly proves to be the worst Maccas in Australia. Thickshake machine never works, always get order wrong
