I ordered a cheesy bacon tendercrisp with spicy sauce, was given a plain tendercrisp.
took it back, explained their mistake.
got given the same burger back (WHS anybody?) that had my bite mark, with a piece of bacon added to it.
i took it back a second time, explaining it's still not what i ordered as they missed out on the spicy sauce. and i asked for a refund. was denied a refund because i took the bite from the burger.
sidenote* while i was taking my burger back the 2nd time, a car with a few people came through drive thru and parked, got out and started knocking on the door because their meal was also incorrect.
