  Total mess meals were wrong incomplete and revolting after taking forever to get served was informed they didnt have what we wanted and would have to wait longer as our 2nd choice wasnt ready either all boxed meals were incomplete nuggets were over cooked and dry chips half cooked and cold. Never been so disappointed ended up having to cook after not wanting to cook not happy kfc

  Food is usually good fast food chain standard.
  However staff need a course in customer service.
  I've had to return several times to obtain items missing from orders.

  After watching g my order sit for 7 min waiting on a wrap to be added they were happy to add it to the now cold chips etc.they ended up throwing in 2 pieces of chicken instead.upon opening g g r box it looked like someone had shaken it up and down 10 times. The chips were floating freely all over the pkCe and the chicken was inedible! So oily the skin fell off it. Very disappointed
